About the room
This is an older 3bdrm town house I am considering sharing with a compatible roommate. You would have access to your own bdrm. half bath, and shared full bath. You would also have access to your own fridge and common areas of the house. There is high speed internet, basic cable, electric light and heating for utilities. Rent would be negotiable (approx. 900/m) plus 1/2m damage deposit. The Suite is in the north end of town near Hunters Store and Harwood School. Sorry no Pets. About the roomies
I am an easy going, friendly clean and helpful individual. I tend to be more introverted keeping to myself but don’t mind sharing good conversation or movie time together. I do not drink or smoke and am non judgmental. I would prefer someone compatible for long term and possibly teaming up in future prospect/rentals together.
