Hi! We have 1 private bedroom to rent with students/young pro roommates starting on June 1st, 2026 in Verdun neighborhood (De l’Église metro, green line).

Price is 650$/month all included: ➡ Furnished room with window ➡Wi-Fi, electricity, heating ➡ Fully equipped appartement with washer/dryer ➡ Cleaning service of the common spaces every 2 weeks ➡Also include these “home basics”: toilet paper, dish/laundry/hand soap, garbage/compost bags.

Single occupancy, no smoking, no animals. In Verdun, 6min walk from métro De L’Église and all services.
