There’s 3 rooms on the main floor. The one occupant is a 50 year old male thats in the moving business. The other room is occupied by a 27 year old thats looking for work, may be moving out soon. I’m the owner and will be at the house for half the time as i work shift work in edmonton. I live in a room in the partially finished basement and mostly keep to my room after work. We are mature adults that value each other’s privacy and keep common areas clean.
