Hi, I’m Bridget (TDSB teacher), living here with my two boys (14/11 - 4 nights/week) and our friendly black cat, Indie. We’re looking for a great fit to share our home.
Your space: A large, quiet basement suite designed for comfort and privacy. Think: your own cozy retreat at the end of the day.

*Roku TV with access to streaming platforms
*You’ll share the kitchen, laundry, freezer, and outdoor space (BBQ included). All utilities are included.

Parking: Driveway parking available ($50/month). Street parking is limited but possible.
Neighbourhood: Located off Gerrard St. East, you get the best of both worlds: lively city energy with a strong community feel. Cafés, restaurants, groceries, transit, and the Beach are all within walking distance. There’s also a Bike Share station right at the end of the street.
