Room on the ground floor of a single-family home in Rosemont. A separate entrance can be used. The room includes a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a desk and workspace, and a Murphy bed. The folding bed is located behind the sofa. You need only to remove two cushions and pull down the bed. In the morning, reverse section pull up the bed, and put back the two cushions. Internet, television, and cable are provided, with access to the house.

I am offering a shared living arrangement in a single-family home located in Rosemont. The tenant will have access to two-thirds of the house, including a beautifully landscaped backyard. His private quarters are located on the garden level, providing both privacy and comfort. I’m looking for a young man who needs a pied-à-terre in Montreal. Students are welcome, as are gay men. Because we will be living in the same house although in separate quarters, it is essential for me that there is a compatibility between the two of us. I’m a man in my sixties, so this isn’t a typical “young roommates” setup.
