In a new building on the northside. Close to bus route. There is available parking as well if you have a car. The apartment is a large two bedroom unit. This is a SUPER quiet building set up for folks that like it quiet. No animals, non-smoking, non-partier, NOT 420 friendly. Preferred roommate would be a Christian that attends church on a weekly basis. The apartment has a very large living and kitchen area with tons of cupboard space. A very large bathroom with a stand up shower and a full size bathtub. Looking for a neat, tidy, clean as you go type of person. The bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are all clean as you go areas. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, large closet, dresser, side night table, area rug and a lamps. Internet, cable and power are included in the $900 and you would of course pay for your own food. Looking for a male roommate that does not wish to have overnight guests. a mature student or working professional is preferred. References are required and cannot be a family member. The damage deposit is $900.

I am a single male teacher, I get up before school and go to the gym. I am involved in extra curricular activities at school and am out of the apartment a fair amount. I am a Christian and attend church each Sunday. I do not party, I do not smoke anything and I am NOT 420 friendly. I have no pets currently and this is a no pet building for the most part. Some animals in near by buildings but never hear them and rarely see them. A preferred roommate would be a Christian who is a working professional or mature student, who cleans as they go, the kitchen, living room and bathroom are all clean as you go areas.
