This is a SUPER quiet building set up for folks that like it quiet. No animals. Preferred roommate would be a working mature professional, or mature student. The apartment has a very large living and kitchen area with tons of cupboard space. A very large bathroom with a stand up shower and a full size bathtub. Looking for a neat, tidy, clean as you go type of person. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, large closet, dresser, side night table, area rug, lamps and TV. Internet, cable and power are included in the $795 and you would of course pay for your own food. Looking for a male roommate that does not wish to have overnight guests. a mature student or working professional is preferred. The damage deposit is $795.

I am a single male teacher, I get up before school and go to the gym. I am involved in extra curricular activities at school and am out of the apartment a fair amount. I have no pets currently and this is a no pet building for the most part. Some animals in near by buildings but never hear them and rarely see them.
