Two fully furnished bedrooms for rent in Fairfield - Calling all students OR short-term stays (~6-month minimum). Includes a kitchenette and full bathroom (shared with one roommate). Both rooms are located on the 2nd floor of a single-family heritage home and are available August 26, 2026, to May 31, 2027. All utilities are included. The house is located on a small, quiet street in beautiful Fairfield.

Larger bedroom (pics 1-3) at $900/month with a double bed, office chair & desk, 42“ TV, a double closet, a pine and an IKEA-style bookshelf/storage unit. Single occupancy only.

Smaller bedroom (pics 4-6) at $825/month with single bed, office chair & desk, 34“ TV, double closet, IKEA bookshelf/storage unit. Single occupancy only.

The fully equipped kitchenette offers a pull-out eating/sitting area with an apartment-sized fridge, countertop cooktop, countertop oven, microwave, kettle, single-serve coffee maker, and a blender. You will also be provided with your own pots & pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. There is also a double closet for any additional storage.

The rent includes heat, hydro, water, internet, light housekeeping in shared spaces, and laundry access. Note: we do not have a dryer; however, your room has a retractable clothesline and wall-mounted drying rack. Residential street parking and a secure bike storage area are available. Note: No smoking, no vaping, no guests.

Fabulous Location: This neighbourhood is very walkable and bike-friendly. 5-minute walk to Cook St Village, 20-minute walk to Dallas Rd, Beacon Hill Park or downtown. UVIC is 15 minutes by car; 22 minutes by bus.

The owners occupy the rest of the house and yard; one works from home, and the other is retired, along with two cats and two miniature poodle/mixes; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any more pets!
