We are only accepting students. (Septemeber 1-April 30/27 only and must be vacated by end of April and reapply for following school year. Dog or cat may be accepted, please request and may be condiotional. The home is a bungalow and beautifully decorated and clean. All roomies male and female (police clearance) are students/professionals. Shared 3 washrooms, two kitchens and outdoor deck and front yard. The home is on the walking path leading to Clifton hill and one block from the Niagara Gorge and downtown Queen street as well as only a two minute walk to the WE GO bus and train station and Niagara University. There is one parking spot available for this room if needed. Hot and cold cereal and coffee and tea provided every morning and included in price. Netflix and Amazon Prime also included in price. We are booking up quickly, reserve if you are interested.
There will eventually be four roomies for the 9 month time frame as well as myself (I am a RN and travel a lot ) but will be in the home frequently. The individual rooms are private , bathrooms shared and entrance shared. use of kitchen but must be cleaned and left in condition found in and washrooms are shared and laundry on premises but purchase own detergent . Yard is shared as is deck with bbq
