ABOUT THE ROOM Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit condo with a large wrap-around terrace/balcony and custom kitchen. You will be renting a bedroom with wall-to-wall windows and a private bathroom (adjacent). The kitchen and living room are the shared spaces; a breathtaking open-concept room with east and south facing floor-to-ceiling windows.

PARKING is not included, however there is street parking on the side streets nearby (a little trickier in the winter) and renting from someone in the condo complex might be an option.

Rent includes all utilities; no extra costs unless you want to rent a parking space.

I will also be living in the condo with my own bedroom and bathroom. I am in my early 30s and work in the local community. I am a mix of extraverted-social and introverted-grounded. I like to listen to music (many genres!), read, sing, and meditate. I am an early riser, at the gym every morning before work. I am out a few nights a week at choir rehearsal, fitness classes, and with friends. Weekends are typically a mix of being socially busy, full of nature, and relaxing at home. I am open to a roommate who needs their quiet and separate space, and also open to a roommate who wants to live more intentionally with each other such as cooking together/eating meals together and hanging out.
