We are 2 young adults with space available in our beautiful 3 bedroom house located directly across the street from SAIT and right next to Kensington and the downtown core.

Rent is $617/month + shared utilities Refundable DD = 1 month’s rent ($617)

The room is unfurnished, on the main floor, and features a large closet and lots of natural light (first picture). It is 143 square feet (13 × 11 feet) plus a 14.58 square foot closet (5.83 × 2.5 feet).

The house is a large bungalow with a huge backyard (with a gazebo), a ton of natural light, lots of storage space, a wood-burning fireplace, and in-suite laundry. We’re less than a 10 minute walk from both SAIT and Sunnyside LRT, right next to a ton of bus stops, and have a rear parking pad and permit street parking available for folks who drive.

Must be 2SLGBTQAI+ and BIPOC friendly. Sadly, we are not allowed to have pets, but we both work as dog walkers/petsitters, so you will have opportilunities to interact with animals if you’d like 😊.

We are two young women looking for someone kind, respectful, and fairly clean to share our home next to SAIT. I am a full-time artist and dog walker/pet sitter, and a part-time student, and my roommate is an artist. We are both generally laid back and quiet, but enjoy socializing and hanging out when we’ve got the time and energy.
