This is a two story apartment. There is no dishwasher, and laundry must be taken out to a laundromat, located 2 km away. Area is quiet, and easily accessible to the GTA via transit. Many places close by for grocery, dining, coffee. I have a cat, so that is a consideration for you. For this price, I am looking for an excellent roomie, and may request references.

There is only 1 other neighbour. As mentioned, generally quiet. No wild parties. I, personally, am very clean, and I look for the same in a house mate. As I am sure it is with everyone, trust is of the utmost importance.
