Hi! We are Adam and Nathalie and we offer all inclusive room rental for students in the beautiful Verdun neighborhood!

We have 1 private bedroom to rent with students roommates starting on March 1st, 2026 in Verdun (De l’Église metro, green line).

Price is 720$ all included: ➡ Furnished room with window ➡Wi-Fi, electricity, heating ➡ Fully equipped appartement with washer/dryer ➡ Cleaning service of the common spaces every 2 weeks ➡Also include: “home basics”: toilet paper, dish/laundry/hand soap, garbage/compost bags.

We’re looking for a student or young pro in their 20/30s, clean, respectful of common spaces, and friendly. Single occupancy room, no smoking/no animals apartment and 6min walk from métro De L’Église and all services.

The room is part an apartment that has 4 bedrooms total : so you’d be living with 3 roommates (2 girls, Pai and Folakemi, and 1 boy, Jace), students or young pro in their late 20s/early 30s. We’re looking for a student or young pro in their 20/30s, clean, respectful of common spaces, and friendly. Min 4 months stay or longer.
