The Landlord is a kind & stable busy professional ( her 8 year old child shares the space with her every other week & is a fun loving /busy with school programs. Bunny & hamster pay rent in the home too. 🐰 They are preferably looking for someone with Christian/catholic values but open minded. Respectful, trustworthy, quiet, good energy, professional (who works out of the house) or a mature student who needs a quiet space to study. No guests or smoking in this space. We would love to hear from you!
