Room features a bed, desk and closet space. With the exception of personal items, all furniture, applicances and electronics in common areas are available. Apartment is in an area with a walk score of 90, transit score of 75 and bike score of 89 so it is incredibly easy to get around. The unit only allows for one pet and so unfortunately no additional pets may move in.

Presently my place is occupied by myself and my tuxedo cat, Prince. We’re mostly quiet with the exception of movie nights or when he’s hungry. Ideally we’re looking for a respectful and tidy roommate to maintain the safe and healthy space we have.
