Location is extremely convenient and central… walking distance to the seawall and Stanley Park, all types of shopping (grocery, etc), public transit (8min walk to skytrain/Canada-line), restaurants and cafes. Ideally suited for one clean, responsible, and friendly person.

One adult. Friendly and not intrusive. Respects privacy. Always available to assist. Kitchen (and bathroom*) is almost always free. Have had a long history of excellent flatmates. A good fit means that you are a clean/tidy and trustworthy person. No couples or additional visitors/guests… i dont entertain at home and prefer the same. No smokers/vapers. Nothing weird please.
