About the roomies
I’m looking for a roommate, to share my 3bed/3bath. I am a 28-year-old male professional working in Tech, originally from Ecuador. I’m active and like to spend time outside, hiking, running, going to the gym, biking and skiing, but I also value my downtime at home.
I work nearby and sometimes work from home. I don’t party much, don’t smoke or do drugs and I’m looking for someone who is passed their party phase, who doesn’t smoke or do drugs and who is clean and tidy and respectful of our home. I’ve put some effort into furnishing the apartment nicely so that it can be a space to unwind and recharge.
The rent is $1800 per month including utilities. You have a closet in your bedroom. You have a private bathroom with shower. The room is furnished. If you need parking, there may be spaces for rent in the building for about $150/mth. You can move in starting April 1st.
