Your private room is the largest of the three rooms, taking up the entire third floor of the house.

The room itself is 273 sq ft, with its own ensuite bathroom and shower. It’s bright, renovated, and fully furnished. The apartment also has in-suite laundry and newer appliances. Because you only share the kitchen and common areas downstairs, it lives more like your own place than a typical room rental.

Hamilton General Hospital is a short walk away, with groceries, restaurants, bars, and plenty more close by. A major cross city bike lane is at the end of the street while transit is a real strength as routes run in every direction and reach well across the city, making it easy to get to GO Transit, McMaster, Stoney Creek, and lots of other destinations.

It would suit a working professional, hospital staff, or a self-supporting grad or medical student who wants a private, quiet space in an adult household. Rent is $1100 a month plus utilities.
