Steps away from the soon-to-open Forest Hill LRT Station, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, bakeries and independent grocers! Available for July or August 1st 2025. Background check, landlord references and proof of income are all required

• Furnished shared spaces, including air fryer and slow cooker, rice cooker and 52’’ TV with Chromecast in living room. Room itself is unfurnished.
• Shared Laundry (basement of building).
• Can consider an additional cat joining the space if fixed and vaccinated

For the most part, it’s just me and my two cats 🐱✨ I’m pretty quiet and, aside from my long-term partner, I rarely have people at the apartment. I tend to keep to myself, but always ready to offer a smile and to talk about our days!

I typically out of the house 7am-6pm Mon-Fri, and spend my most weekends lounging around the apt (big home body).

I do smoke cannabis, but never in shared spaces besides the balcony. Vaping is okay, but strictly no cigarettes within the apt.

I’ve only ever lived with roommates, and pretty flexible when it comes to splitting responsibilities. I do value keeping shared spaces clean, but don’t mind a little clutter within reason! Kitchen includes regular appliances + air fryer and slow cooker though I seldomly cook. Living room is furnished, including with a 52” TV w/ Chromecast.

Important to note that my partner lives in MTL, but visits regularly
