Very close to lots of restaurants, cafes, gas stations, grocery stores, library, recreation center and 5 min drive to highway and limeridge mall. 15 Min drive to Amazon/ Hamilton airport and MacMaster uni. 10 min to Mohawk college . Bus stop is a min walk from house with bus frequency every 15 min. Proof of income, references, first month + one more month rent required as deposit. No smoking, vaping, drugs, loud parties allowed in the house. parking is available for charge. bedrooms are furnished but furniture can be moved out if you want to bring your own.
