House is close to Metrotown and Royal Oak Station About 20 minutes walk to Metrotown and about 10 minutes to Royal Oak. Taking the bus would take about 20 minutes to Metrotown and 5 minutes to Roayal Oak.

Each room is fully furnished with a bed, computer table, drawers and closet. Shared bathroom and kitchen with cooking facilities and laundry. Has a separate entrance. Close to 4 Bus stops and 2 Skytrain stations, the Metropolis (the biggest mall in BC), supermarkets and restaurants and Central Park. I prefer all females. My house is a garden house with a wide garden and eco friendly. Three bedroom apartment.
