Home is on a quiet residential side street off Valley Way. Room is semi-furnished, i.e. it has a double-sized bed, chest of drawers, chair and flat-screen TV. The room is for one person only. Near amenities, including parks, a few pubs/restaurants, plaza, etc. with easy access to the highway and public transit.

A finished basement rec room with a large-screen TV, washer & dryer. Spacious front yard and a large driveway. Fenced-in back yard, good for dogs, which I usually have, although not at the moment.

I’m a male, business professional. Will consider inquiries from employed, non-smokers only. Also open to students, who are at least 18.

I work in a hybrid environment: sometimes from my home office, sometimes away. My work also takes me to Toronto several times a month. I keep active with recreational sports as well as socializing with friends… the usual stuff.
