Less than 5 minute drive to two other convenient plazas. Walking distance to trails and ponds. 10 minute walk to Bramalea City Centre Mall, fast-food and dine-in restaurants, Chincausey Park, Library, Go Station and Brampton Bus Terminal, easy access to major highways. .

The space: The private basement room for 1 person only, is simple, but modern and newly renovated; includes a full size bed with double closets, UNLIMITED WiFi The washroom is shared with 1 other guest and washer/dryer in laundry room. Also available, a shared kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and seating.

The Rent: $900.00 per month (First and security deposit is required)
