The property itself is very well-furnished and a beautiful house with great privacy. The house is comfortable, like living in a hotel. We also have a backyard garden where you can relax and unwind.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and comes with a private washroom and a large closet. ( $1460 and is open to couples. For couples, utilities are an additional $50.)
There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. ( $1350 and is for one person only.) - RENTED
Everything is already furnished, so you can simply move in!
The roommates are wonderful, respectful, quiet, and follow a clean and tidy daily schedule.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, independent, and able to help out when needed, while also being willing to work as part of the team in the house.
Currently, we have an Australian guy in his 20s who works at a gym, and another roommate from Egypt in his 30s who is currently looking for work.
Both are very independent, quiet, and really respectful of each other’s space!
