Seeking respectful, quiet, tidy and clean roommate for a comfortable, private, spacious home in Salmon Arm. You’ll have a private bedroom in my 5 bedroom home with two other roommates (and two cats that live upstairs). It is a 2 minute walk from a main bus stop, and is a 15 minute walk to Okanagan College.

This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms so it’s private and very quiet. Single beds with mattress heater and bedding provided. The mattress is top quality, medium soft pillow top, always covered with a protector, and less than 2 years old. There is a chair, a bedside table, a closet, and a 5 drawer dresser in the room. I also have a desk I can add. There’s a window in the bedroom and fresh paint throughout. I’m also constantly upgrading and improving the home. The bedrooms have locking doors. This is a super safe neighbourhood and I have never had problems with any kind of crime here in 15 years.

The home has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a wet bar downstairs. It is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, a sink, counter space, dishes, ice trays, mixing bowls, ample cupboards for storage- 12 cupboards plus drawers downstairs and a pantry upstairs.

The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with 4 burner stovetop, wall oven, airfryer, tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, all dishes, pots and pans, etc. Purified water and ice on fridge door.

Included is: laundry, high speed wifi and utilities. The house has central heat in cooler months and air conditioning in summer. This is a family home shared with the owner- me- . There is a living room and space to eat downstairs, and I use the one upstairs for myself and my family when they visit. It should be noted there is no parking in the driveway but there is a space on the road and it’s a dead end cul-de-sac.

I’m a working professional middle aged woman. I speak English, Spanish and some French, and I love community and volunteerism.
