Montreal sublet available October 15th - December 31st. Hi my name is Sydney, I am looking for a sublet for my furnished room starting October 15th 2026. I live in a three bedroom apartment with two wonderful roommates, Justin and Simon! The apartment is located a 10 minuet walk from metro Frontenac. It is safe, quiet, and ideal for students/artists in Montreal. The rent ($615) plus hydro includes, Furnished Room, Wifi, In unit laundry, Dishwasher, Terrace, and two wonderful, clean and kind roommates with fantastic vibes :)
