Furnished room to rent in an old Victorian home, located in a desirable neighbourhood called Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG). Includes a Queen-sized futon, dresser and desk. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer facilities, and parking if needed. The price includes heating and A/C. There is a large back deck during the warmer months and the house offers charm and comfort such a wood floors, and natural light. We are close to Concordia University’s Loyola campus with a shuttle bus that takes you downtown for free. The house is also close to many buses (51, 102. 103, 105, 162) and the train which is close by takes you downtown in 10 minutes. We are close to bike paths and there are pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stores, grocery stores, restaurants and dry cleaners near by.

I am an professional woman working in the fashion industry. I have two roommates, both are students. One is at Dawson College and the other is at Concordia University’s Loyola campus (she can walk there in 15 minutes). We are clean, respectful, and lead a fairly quiet life. Both are leaving at the end of May. Sometimes one room is rented and other times both are rented at the same time. This would be ideal for a student or another professional.
