The room has a smart tv, private washroom, bed, desk, and a computer chair. I redid the floors to hardwood I need to update the pics. Brand new kitchen, and bathrooms renovations have just been completed. Wifi and hydro is included. The house has a washer / dryer, and dishwasher. I live in the Joyce / Killarney neighborhood. Nearby is Joyce Skytrain, Safeway, Killarney Community Center, and lots of restauraunts etc. Metrotown is close, and theres busses to UBC and downtown closeby. My roommate is a female tattoo artist. & I have 3 cats. Sometimes a gf of mine will stay over. The house is fairly quiet and so are the townhouses surrounding me. I will only rent the room to females. Please be clean / respectful and friendly. Thank you.
