The room has a smart tv, private washroom, bed, desk, and a computer chair. I redid the floors to hardwood I need to update the pics. Wifi and hydro is included. I live in the Joyce / Killarney neighborhood. Nearby is Joyce Skytrain, Safeway, Killarney Community Center, and lots of restauraunts etc. The location is very central in the lower mainland. Metrotown is close, and theres busses to UBC and downtown closeby. My house isnt a party house and smoking must be outside. We can videocall and talk if you’re interested, or schedule a meetup. I am a busy man whos always at work or training in martial arts. I have two cats. My roommate is a female tattoo artist. The house is fairly quiet and I sometimes have a guest over overnight. I will only rent the room to females. Please be clean / respectful and friendly. Thank you.
