Country Farmhouse located on 2 acres. Shared accommodations. Price varies depending on which private room. One room with twin bed ($700/monthly will also rent out daily) one room with double bed ($1,000/monthly will also rent out daily) Shared main living area with 50’ screen and large kitchen. Bright home, freshly painted. Updated kitchen! 1 -2 pc bath and 1-4 pc bath. BBQ available and firepit! Washer/dryer available for use. Must upkeep your private room and common areas. No food i bedrooms. Smoking of any kind is only allowed outside the home. Quiet country setting. Will need a vehicle as there is no public transportation close by. Property is located in Priceville.

Will be sharing with one couple, my son who is 26 years old and has a degree in Social Work and Mental Health and his girlfriend (23) who is an aesthetician. Clean and respectful. Also must be okay with animals as they have 3 well trained dogs and 2 cats.
