1 big furnished private bedroom with a big closet, in a 3 bedroom basement, $800/month, with 6 month contract. It is available now or December 1st. We are looking for a female student/professional working person who is responsible, respectful, and clean.

It includes utilities, hydro/gas/hot water, washer and dryer (once a week) and internet. There is a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, dishes and other utensils in the unit.

You would be sharing kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Each person has her own private room. It is located in the prime Renfrew Heights community near Rupert Street and 26th ave.

It is in a central location, and close to many nearby shops and other amenities including grocery stores, a community center and public library. It’s a short walk to a bus stop and 2 SkyTrain stations:

• 6 min walk (400m) southbound to Rupert street for bus#27 to Joyce Collingwood station (5 min,6 stops).
• Northbound Rupert street on 27th avenue, bus #27 (Kootenay Loop, 7 mins) to Rupert skytrain station.
• Bus #25 King Edward / To Brentwood Station. Bus #25 King Edward / To Nanaimo Station.

No smoking/vaping/drugs, parties, pets, and overnight guests please.
