The room is bright with plenty of natural light and comes with a single bed, mattress, desk and a chair. All utilities are included in rent such as internet, heat and water. The room is on the upper floor of the house, NOT the basement. Bathroom on the upper floor is shared only by the tenants living on the upper floor. Utilities, laundry and WiFi are included in the rent. Grocery stores are at a walking distance, 1.8kms from Connestoga Guelph Campus, 5.8 kms from University of Guelph. Bus stop right across the street from the house. Close to Guelph Downtown, takes 10 minutes to reach Guelph Downtown by direct bus. Located directly across from several major retail plazas and industrial sites that host numerous companies and services like Linamar.

Owners live in the same house and available for any questions or help required. There are a total of 3 rooms on the upper floor. One room is occupied by one male working professional, who is a clean, quiet and respectful individual. We are currently looking for 2 other roomies to occupy the other 2 rooms.
