The property is located in a very central part of North Burnaby. R5 B-line straight to downtown is 1 block away, Gilmore and Brentwood Station are accessible w/ one bus in both directions. One bus to SFU, One bus to BCIT. Market, coffee shops, banks, grocery store within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to library, community center (gym/pool), very central.
About the roomies
I am offering a private room w/ own bathroom. We are a family oriented so the odd visits from family. WE are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, trustworthy, no visitors overnight, clean and also values family unity. I am not posting our property online for privacy purposes. (I can send a video of the room upon request) You can inquire about the place, we can have a chat, meet to view the place and go from there. I am not in a rush to rent the room; will need to find one who would be a good fit to our home environment. Looking for a full time student, quiet, trustworthy as we do travel and would like to be able to trust someone when we are away.
