Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to library, community center (gym/pool), very central.

I am offering a private room w/ own bathroom. There are only 2 people who lives in this two level; 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse. The third one is the renter. WE are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, trustworthy, no visitors overnight, clean and also values family unity. You can inquire about the place, we can have a chat, meet to view the place and go from there. There is ensuite laundry and the rate will include all monthly bills including Wifi and Telus cable TV. I am not in a rush to rent the room; will need to find one who would be a good fit to our home environment. Looking for a full time student, worker, quiet, trustworthy as we do travel and would like to be able to trust someone when we are away.
