The property is located in a very central part of North Burnaby. R5 B-line straight to downtown is 1 block away, Gilmore and Brentwood Station are accessible w/ one bus in both directions. Market, coffee shops, banks, grocery store within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to library, community center (gym/pool), very central.
About the roomies
I live with my son and are offering a private room w/ own bathroom. We are a family oriented so the odd visits from family. WE are looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, trustworthy, no visitors overnight, clean and also values family unity. I am not posting our property online for privacy purposes. You can inquire about the place, we can have a chat, meet to view the place and go from there. I am not in a rush to rent the room; will need to find one who would be a good fit to our home environment. I work from home 3 days a week, my son travels for work once a month. We are looking for a full time student, quiet, trustworthy as we do travel and would like to be able to trust someone when we are away.
