The upstairs master bedroom has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, and the best fit will have the top floor essentially to themselves. The home is calm, clean, and drama-free, with full shared use of the kitchen, laundry, patios, yard, and outdoor gym. We also have two clean, friendly cats — one of whom is outside about 85% of the time. We take recycling and caring for the home seriously here. At the end of the day, this is a shared home — and the right fit matters most.
A mature male would be a great fit here. There’s currently one easygoing, clean, quiet mature male housemate upstairs who’s away often — weekends and travel — so the space is mostly yours. I’m on the main floor and spend most of my time down there, but I love coming up for movie nights and front-yard barbecues. So you get real privacy and your own space, with a warm household whenever you want the company. This home suits someone sociable enough to enjoy the occasional shared meal or movie — not a party-seeker, but not someone who wants to keep entirely to themselves either.
