• Short 5min walk to Baseline for easy bus transit; easy commute to Algonquin.
• Parking is extra, indoor or outdoor available. This is through building management, not me!
• Non-smoking building. All smoking and vaping must be done outside.
• Must love cats! I have two. They’re… ok. (I like them a lot).

I’m a quiet late-30s guy who loves games and cooking. Non-smoker. I spend the majority of my time in my room when I’m home. I have two older cats, who sometimes cry for attention, but are otherwise well-behaved.
