The yard and large back deck would be shared by you, myself and the tenant(s) of the 1 bedroom basement apartment.  The basement apartment has its own entrance (no shared indoor space).  Bathroom is quite small but I’m 5’11“ (180 cm) and the size works for me.  Taylor Creek is very close with its long trails for walking or biking.  Also, if you prefer to bring your own bedroom furniture I can move out the furniture that’s in there now.

Proof of income, landlord references and the last month’s rent deposit would be needed.

I’m a 28 year old software developer and work downtown 3-5 days/week and from home the other days. In my free time I like to cook, relax watching TV, climb at a gym, travel, and go for walks. As a roommate I’m respectful, quiet, clean, and always down for a good conversation.
