Close to Vendome Metro and on the Maisonneuve bike path.

Hydro bill is separate, but is usually around $75-$100 per month in winter, depending on usage.

My husband and I are performers, and I am Australian, so we’re heading home for work and family commitments.

We are subletting our other furnished bedroom while we’re away, so we’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and conscientious, and who is mindful of our other roommate, who is also quiet and respectful. Ideally, also a plant lover!
