I am looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment I just bought. It is a 3-minute walk from the Guilford Bus Loop and a 5-minute walk to Guilford Mall. The library and rec center are across the street. The room is 10’x16’, and the unit is completely redone with new appliances, flooring, and paint. Laundry is available (coin). I do not have parking; however, there are a few empty spots in the secure underground parking area, and arrangements could be made.

Looking for retired, students or working professionals. Must be quiet, ( please don’t bug the neighbors )
