We’re located close to the University and Kelowna Airport, it’s a quick drive to downtown and a 7-8 minute walk to the mall including groceries, stores, pharmacies and great restaurants. A 6-7 minute walk to the bus exchange and 15 minutes walking to the YMCA or Anytime Fitness. We’re located in a cul-de-sac away from traffic.
Working professionals and students live in our recently rennovated home and everyone in the home is resepectful and quiet and keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. Everyone works and spends time at their job or school. We have a couple of dogs who are currently on holidays but live in the house otherwise. I travel for work so I am seeking an individual who likes animals and is meticulous in keeping everything clean and tidy. You know how to keep your personal spaces clean and can take out trash and clean your share of the house once a week.
