Looking for one roommate to take the third bedroom of this 3-bedroom house. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Waterloo, with a grocery store, pharmacy, café, and several food spots/amenities just a few steps away from the property. Public transit, that operates two lines every 15 minutes, is less than a one-minute walk from the front door.

The common areas of the house are fully furnished and just about all daily-use essentials, like pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc. are all provided as needed.

Utilities, internet, and parking for a single vehicle are all included in the total cost.

The third bedroom (pictured) has a double bed with storage frame, two end tables, and a handful of smaller half dressers for use as needed.

Additionally, there are currently two seniors dogs in the house who keep to themselves at all hours.

I work for a Civil Engineering Consultant here in Waterloo. Typically, I’m at the office 3 days a week, and work from home the other two. I spend most of my free time either at home keeping to myself either playing games, reading, chatting with friends, or out at the gym/walking the dogs. I also travel north to visit family for longer stretches of time so I am often gone for a few months out of the year.

The other roommate is currently attending UW working on his PhD in Optometry. He is out of the house most days for the entire day or several days straight. Super friendly and loves a good conversation whenever he’s around.
