Duplex. I live on the ground floor with small back yard with BBQ. Big front veranda to sit out in summertime. Directly across from a park and lake. Unobstructed views.

Very cute cozy place. Just one bathroom, but huge. Great place to live. Quiet area. One quiet neighbor upstairs. I work Wednesday to Sunday 3pm till midnight. My weekend is Monday and Tuesday. If you work conventional hours, we’ll hardly see each other. You’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. I’m a non smoker/cannabis and you must be as well. Looking for very neat and clean person. I have Netflix, Crave and free internet. I am looking for a roomate from Nov 1 -May 31 . Or less, if you need that.
