It’s a nice family home located in a quiet area of north Richmond Hill, close to a bus stop and 15 min from Seneca King college. The room is furnished and nice on the second floor of the house, including a double size bed, closet, a chair and a desk. You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls, the kitchen is shared by all 4 tenants. Also the living room , breakfast area and backyard is shred by all tenants as well as the laundry. All bills are included.
