Welcome to Toronto’s quiet, friendly and beautiful east end close to lots of great restaurants and all amenities! I own a three-bedroom semi-detached house near Donlands subway station and rent out two rooms to help carry my costs. The house has central air conditioning and heating, a covered front porch and a small backyard with patio furniture. Free laundry machines are available in the basement. I’m looking for quiet, mature and clean roommates to share my space with. I offer flexibility with the length of stay, all-inclusive pricing, use of outdoor space, shared laundry facilities, central air conditioning, most common household supplies (e.g., toilet paper) and all furnishings, including desks and closets. Although the property has a private parking spot, it isn’t for rent. There is, however, street parking available with a permit.

I am a medical editor and I work from home in my room most days of the week. I love rock climbing, cycling and spending time with friends and family. I usually socialize outside of the house. I’m clean, quiet and friendly, but I’m also respectful of people’s privacy. I usually go to bed early and wake up very early. It’s okay if you’re on a different schedule, though, as long as we make an effort to be quiet for each other! The other roomie is David who is a professional chef. He works in hospitality and sometimes comes and goes at odd hours, but is super quiet.
