About the room

Renting a spacious, private lower-level space (~260 sq ft) with its own bathroom, available September or earlier for $825 monthly in a beautiful three-level townhouse. Includes all utilities, wifi, and parking.

The space is on its own level and includes a fireplace, storage, and plenty of room for a sleeping + living setup. Property also includes a backyard with patio, laundry (located on the lower level and accessed occasionally), central A/C, and a dishwasher.

You would share the townhouse with two others (me and another female roommate) and my friendly cat. Shared kitchen/dining room and partial bathroom on the main level.

Both of us are young professionals, clean, and easy to get along with. I am very outdoorsy and love hiking, biking, rock climbing, and travelling.

Looking for a female roomie (non-binary inclusive) that is clean, respectful, 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive, and recycles/composts. Best suited for someone who values a quiet, respectful shared home.
