About the room
Renting a spacious room + private bathroom starting January 1st (can be bit earlier if needed) for $850 monthly (includes utilities/wifi) in a beautiful three-level townhouse.
Room includes a fireplace and is located on its own lower basement level. Property includes free parking, laundry, central AC/heating, a backyard with a patio, and a dishwasher.
You would share the townhouse with two others (including me; our rooms are on the upper level) and my friendly cat. We share the kitchen/dining room and partial bathroom on the main level.
Looking for a female or non-binary person that is clean, respectful, anti-racist, feminist, 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive, and who recycles/composts.
About the roomies
Both of us are young professionals, clean, and easy to get along with. I am very outdoorsy and love hiking, biking, rock climbing, and travelling.
