The home is situated in a community setting with a laid back and peaceful vibe. Restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, grocery stores, banking amenities, and Okanagan College are all located within a 5 minute drive from the house. Three kittens reside here, two will be happy to greet you, the other will be happy to leave you be.

I am a single woman living and working full time here in Kelowna. In my downtime I enjoy cooking, reading, wine drinking, cat snuggling, movie watching, and hanging out in my backyard. I bought my house 5 years ago, back when it was affordable. Once inflation and interest rates became a struggle, I started renting out my spare room. I have had long term roommates, short term roommates, and have hosted on Airbnb. I love my house, I hope you will too. :)
