The bungalow is in a quiet neighbourhood in the west end of Ottawa. The has a living room, dining room, small kitchen, two bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. There is a den, laundry room and pantry downstairs. The house is on a larger lot, surrounded by beautiful gardens and has extra parking. It is within walking distance of a bus stop, grocery store, drugstore, clothing stores, coffee shop, bike trails and the National Capital Commission green space. The 417 and the 416 are both within 3 km.

I am originally from the Maritimes and recently retired from the federal government. I enjoy being active, both indoors and outside. I’m quiet, but enjoy a good laugh, and have a quiet, older cat.
