It features a beautiful large living room, a kitchen, two balconies, and bathroom. The apartment is close to all services (PA, Nature, Rosemont metro, bagel shop, bakery, breweries, bus line 55, etc.).
We are looking for someone calm, friendly, sociable, mature, and respectful. A person who enjoys sharing but also values their own space.
We seek someone willing to participate in household chores to keep common areas clean and pleasant for everyone.
You will be living with only one roommate as the other roommate will be away. A female that is very calm and respectful on a work and holiday visa.
