Fully furnished room in a townhouse. Shared kitchen , living room and 1.5 bathrooms. Free Washer and dryer in the unit. Close to Admirals Walk so Thriftys , liquor store, Canadian Tire and more right around the corner! Bus Service going directly to UVIC one way and Langford the other way right outside the door. The Complex is extremely well run.. On Site gardeners keep the walk ways and grounds clear of obstruction and well lit at night. The townhouse itself is two level with a spacious living area. We are on the back row of town homes so there is plenty of parking. The bedroom is a good size with two huge closets for clothes or storage. The views of the Sunsets are beautiful from all of the windows in the unit !

About the roomies

I own a Private Companion Service for Seniors and I am usually gone around 8 in the morning until mid afternoon. I spend most of the evenings or days off in my room doing paperwork, my schedule or binge watching Netflix.. My door is always open for a chat or for you to give some loving to my dog…. I am in bed early and l am an early riser. I try to be quiet and respectful of someone else’s schedule. I have one small dog which is loved by many ! The room is available now if needed… I look forward to hearing from you!
