Hi everyone ! Currently looking for two female roommates (mid to late 20s or 30s) to start a new lease starting Sept 1, 2026. The lease ends Sept 1, 2027. The building is beautiful with multiple amenities in Corktown, with rent coming to $1185 per person. The place is a 3 bedroom with two bathrooms. The building is very new and the place has a lot of light! The amenities of the building include

About the roomies

I work in marketing and design, and outside of work I do photography and other creative projects. I’m a pretty curious person with lots of hobbies—I love traveling, exploring the city, finding new cafés, checking out art exhibits, and generally saying yes to new experiences.

As a roommate, I’m very clean, respectful, communicative, and pretty low-key. I value having a comfortable, welcoming space where everyone feels at home. While I totally respect personal space and independent schedules, I’d also love to live somewhere where we can chat after work, share a meal every now and then, or have the occasional movie or game night.
