Home owner is a mature male who works shift work is gone odd hours. Away some wknds. We get a long well when we see one another. That is my goal to give you all the privacy and respect you require with the understanding that i get it back. I realize respect is earned not given but what Im saying is trust and honesty are key. If we form a friendship from the deal that is a bonus. If we stay with a professional deal that is ok as well. As long as it’s a win for both parties I am good with it. I lenjoy my backyard and like to sit out back in the summer and enjoy the pool. Watch a movie or sporting event together from time to time. Have a bonfire, and relax. Life is short and we need to recharge our souls. That said if catching up on sleep or reading in your room is your goal the others will respect that.
