Home owner is a mature male who works shift work is gone odd hours. Away some wknds. We get a long well when we see one another. That is my goal to give you all the privacy and respect you require with the understanding that i get it back. I realize respect is earned not given but what Im saying is trust and honesty are key. If we form a friendship from the deal that is a bonus. If we stay with a professional deal that is ok as well. As long as it’s a win for both parties I am good with it. I lenjoy my backyard and like to sit out back in the summer and enjoy the pool. Watch a movie or sporting event together from time to time. Have a bonfire, and relax.
