This is a furnished 3-bedroom garden-level suite. It is a 5-minute walk to Nanaimo or the 29th station skytrain (3 stations away to Downtown). There are buses that go to downtown Vancouver, the UBC area and Burnaby as well. Very accessible 1-zone transit. Very clean and furnished. Equiped with a fridge, stove, and microwave. Shared Laundry. There are 3 bedrooms with different sizes. $1250, $1150 each for the 2 smaller rooms. Utilities included. You can request for more pictures if you want to see the rest of the suite. Proof of income and references required.

Currently 2 rooms are rented by 2 males mid 20s and mid 30s. PROFESSIONAL, very nice and respectful individuals. Looking for tenant who will fit in and like minded.
