Room For Rent - Quiet home I have a private room for rent in my home. This room would be perfect for students or other professionals that want a quiet household. The area is very quiet with almost zero traffic. The neighbors are polite and chill.

• The room (and private bathroom) is on the opposite end of home from the master bedroom, providing maximum privacy.
• Utilities are included, including high speed wireless internet.
• Laundry, kitchen, and living room are shared.
• Smoking is allowed outside only. Vape inside is ok.
• 1 Off street parking spot is provided
• Home is a few blocks from Victoria Ave.
• Bus stop 100m away. I do have 2 cats which are extremely friendly and have free roam of the house. The cats are quiet and rarely talk or make noise. I can not accommodate any additional pets. Sorry!
